Miami golf commit Kai Trump has become the latest high-profile athlete to sign a name, image, and likeness (NIL deal) with Accelerator Active Energy. The granddaughter of former President Donald Trump, Kai, boasts over five million followers on social media, with a significant presence on TikTok, Instagram, and X, as well as over 1.1 million YouTube subscribers.
Trump is joining the likes of LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne as a headline athlete for Accelerator, along with Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce, a well-known brand ambassador for the energy drink.
Expanding NIL Portfolio and Equity Partnership
Now a senior at The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach, Florida, Trump has already signed her first NIL deal in January with Leaf Trading Cards, offering a pack of cards retailing for $199.99 that features a random autograph card in each pack.
With Accelerator, Trump will be featured in new marketing campaigns, with the energy drink integrated throughout her fast-growing social media presence. Like Dunne, she’s also joining the brand as an equity partner.
“An energy drink with natural caffeine like Accelerator is so important to ensuring I stay focused and have extra energy when I’m in the gym, on the golf course, studying, traveling or as part of my daily routine,” Trump said in a statement. “Accelerator has an inspiring group of athlete partners that I look up to and it’s an honor to join the team. I can’t wait to jump in with Accelerator and I’m looking forward to what the future holds in our partnership.”
Social Media Impact and NIL Valuations
With a Miami commitment, a rapidly rising social media profile, and significant brand partnerships, the 18-year-old golfer now carries a market value of $1.2 million, according to the On3 NIL Valuation. This evaluation is the industry’s standard for high-profile high school and college athletes, factoring dynamic data points such as performance, influence, and exposure.
Kai, the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr., holds the No. 1 On3 NIL Valuation in women’s high school golf and ranks No. 98 in the On3 NIL 100 , the definitive national ranking for NIL value.
Competitive Success on the Course
During last November’s Florida Class 1A state championship, Trump shot a 75 (4-over) in the second round and finished 13-over, placing 49th overall in the two-day event. She also ranked inside the top 200 of Florida’s varsity girls’ golfers for the 2024 season, recording a notable stroke average of 39.1 across 15 rounds.
Accelerator Welcomes a New NIL Superstar
“We are honored to have Kai join the Accelerator team as she becomes an NIL superstar ahead of her collegiate golf career,” Accelerator CEO Andrew Wilkinson said. “Kai has a very busy schedule, including golf, content creation, travel and much more and Accelerator is the perfect solution to providing her the sustained energy without sugar while she’s on the go. We are excited to see all she is going to accomplish in the years ahead as she becomes a leading voice in NIL and beyond.”
As Kai Trump prepares for her next chapter at Miami, she continues to set new standards for young athletes both on and off the course, proving that her impact in the world of sports and NIL is only just beginning.
